SPECIAL THANKS:

For the past several years, the behind the scene activities of the Sebec Lake Association , with regards to the water level agreement, has been headed up by a member of the Association, Mr. Richard Hartley. Dick brought to the Association a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and sincere beliefs that by far overshadowed any personal or financial gains. Dick put in untold hours on the phone, typing letters and at times what could only be described as face to face combat to insure the beliefs of the Sebec Lake Association and the rights of all past, present and future Sebec Lakers. There is a lot more to be done to see the implementation of the agreement through and its nice to know dick will be there to see it through and although he has refused nearly all financial reimbursement we hope he will at least accept our Sincere Thanks for a job well done.
